ABOUT SOUNDS GOOD

Sounds Good is a small, senior structure built around the projects we take on. You get the people you meet.

What we do best

We work with organisations during moments that matter: repositioning, launches, transitions, reputational stakes.

Our sweet spot is where corporate meets creativity:  pharma, health, finance, B2B services, and any brand where substance and rigour is non-negotiable but voice still matters.

Built around the work, not around the org chart

Sounds Good is led by Perrine Sokal (strategy, corporate and pharma communications, and overall ownership of every mission). She assembles the right people for each mission from a curated circle of trusted partners, selected for what is required by the specific mission or project.

How we work

We’re comfortable owning a brief from strategy to delivery, and equally comfortable slotting into an existing team as an extension of your marketing or comms function. In both cases, we’re strategy led, and result-focused.

Why we are called Sounds Good

Three meanings

Sounds right.

When the positioning is sharp and the execution lands, everything aligns. Strategy and delivery, in tune.

Sounds good!

Brief received. We are on it. The mode of every mission: responsive, proactive, hands-on, autonomous, accountable.

Born from sound.

Sounds Good started with a side project: a personal documentary podcast that needed to be finished. Leaving the comfort of a salaried life in pharma made space for the creative work first, and for the agency that followed.

Meet the team

Perrine Sokal

Perrine Sokal

Strategist, writer and content lead

Perrine founded Sounds Good after 15+ years across leading PR agencies and senior in-house roles. She built her expertise in Belgium’s pharma sector at AbbVie, at Belgian then European level. She then founded Sounds Good in 2023 to address both her passion for podcasting and to help clients with their communication and marketing challenges. The focus: to understand the complexity of a business, find the angles audiences actually care about, and tell brand stories that land.

Over the years, she has grown a network of trusted partner consultants. When a project requires it, she assembles the right specialists and leads them as a team.

Laurène Buisson

Laurène Buisson

Communication Consultant

Laurène is a corporate communications consultant with strong expertise in the healthcare and pharma sectors. She supports Sounds Good clients on their communication and disease awareness campaigns, influencer relations, and stakeholder engagement (patients, healthcare professionals, advocacy groups). Empathetic and solution-oriented, she combines strategic rigor with a lot of proactivity and creativity… always with a smile !

Annabelle Seynave

Annabelle Seynave

Media Relations - Lifestyle & Consumer

Annabelle brings over a decade of media relations experience with luxury Houses (Guerlain, Givenchy through LVMH, Chanel, then Pierre Marcolini) where she led 360° campaigns across Belgium, France and the UK. Her territory: fashion, beauty, fragrance, food and art de vivre.

The link with Sounds Good’s pharma and corporate clients? Exactly there. She’s the bridge, turning complexity and jargon into stories that lifestyle press and general audiences actually want to read.

How we work

Two ways to plug in

Project / Agency mode

Brief received. We are on it.

A scoped mission with a clear deliverable. If multiple expertises are needed, we assemble a bespoke team of senior freelancers to work as a team towards your end goal. In this case, the team exists for your project and no other: you’re not funding an agency between briefs.

Interim management

Marketing or comms consultants embedded in your team.

A fractional communication or marketing manager from our team or network plugs into your team from 1 up to 5 days a week, for as long or as short as you need it. Time you can dial up around a launch and down when the plan changes. As a small structure, this means you get no bench time to finance: you pay for the days you use, not for the machine behind them.
